Shipping, returns & policies

Drop 01 is produced to order. Every pre-order placed before September 25 reserves a production slot in your exact size and colorway.

Payment is taken in full at checkout by Shopify. This is what secures your slot and locks your 30% pre-order discount — there is no delayed or deferred charge.

All reserved pre-orders ship on September 25, 2026, the drop date. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves our Los Angeles facility.

If a size sells out after you order — which can happen on limited runs — we email you within 48 hours and you choose a free size swap or a full refund.

XXS, S and 2XL are sold out for Drop 01 in every style. Join the notify list on the product page and you get first access when they return.

Ship date: all Drop 01 pre-orders dispatch on September 25, 2026. Orders placed after the drop dispatch within 1–2 business days.

United States: 2–5 business days via tracked ground. Free on orders over $150, otherwise a flat $9.

Canada: 5–10 business days, flat $20. Rest of world: 7–16 business days, flat $32.

Duties and import taxes outside the United States are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or an incorrect address entered at checkout. Email us within 24 hours if you need an address corrected.

You have 14 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odor and marks, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Start a return by emailing hello@strength-found.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it and send a prepaid label.

Size exchanges are free of restocking fees and subject to availability. If your replacement size is unavailable we refund you in full.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or sent in error.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before the September 25 ship date. Email us with your order number.

Discount codes and the 30% pre-order discount are applied to the paid price; refunds are calculated on the amount actually charged.

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We replace faulty pieces at no cost, or refund in full if a replacement is unavailable. Screenprint texture, slight print softening and garment-dye colour variation are characteristics of heavyweight garment-dyed cotton and are not defects.

We collect the name, email, shipping address and payment confirmation needed to fulfil your order, plus the email you give us when you pre-register for the drop.

Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Drop emails are sent through Klaviyo. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and we never sell or rent your data to third parties.

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing hello@strength-found.com.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the details you supply are accurate.

All prices are in United States dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by one.

All LARP and Strength Found artwork, photography and copy are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
